Need help with Sparkloom Arcade or one of its games? Open a support request and include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, game name, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording is helpful when available.

How do I return to the arcade?

Open a game’s hamburger menu in the upper-right corner and choose Return to Sparkloom Arcade.

How do I replay a tutorial?

Open that game’s hamburger menu and choose Replay Tutorial.

How are games unlocked?

Reach the required level in the previous game to open the next challenge. Each unlock is permanent even if you later restart a game from Level 1.

What are medals?

Points earned across all 20 games contribute to your shared Sparkloom medal rank. Tap the medal area on the arcade screen to see every rank and your next goal.

Can I turn off sound or vibration?

Yes. Open the main arcade Settings screen to control Sound Effects and Haptics for the entire collection.

Where is my progress stored?

Your unlocked games, levels, scores, medals, tutorial status, and settings are stored locally on your device. Removing the app also removes this progress.

Why isn’t an ad available?

Ads require a network connection and inventory from the advertising provider. If a rewarded ad cannot load, try again later. A continue or boost is granted only after the reward is earned.

How do I change advertising privacy choices?

Open the main arcade Settings screen and select Privacy Options when that option is displayed for your region.
